Your role is directed toward the generation of new sales and we are going to hire individuals motivated with a hunger to win.
You will be responsible for expanding the company’s book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Interviews will be conducted immediately for the best-qualified candidates and we are searching for those who will fit our winning culture.
Starting salary of $30K plus a very aggressive commission/bonus structure plus benefits

Property and casualty license is preferred but will train exceptional individuals
Previous/current Insurance sales experience preferred but will train qualified candidates.
Property and casualty license is preferred; open to non-licensed candidates who are willing to obtain the required license.
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations and closes sales.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Create relationships from a cold start and able to build rapport with clients
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Strong negotiation skills
Previous experience in insurance, customer service or other related fields
Career-minded vision.
Ability to prioritize
