RtownLiving was created from a passion for Raleigh’s hottest developing area. It’s not just an informative website but rather a way of life. RtownLiving is all about the downtown lifestyle, the growing trend in urban living, a thriving nightlife, developing skyline and boutique shopping. With over 25 years in the hospitality and real estate industries combined, Jason and Chuck have blended their expert knowledge in both fields to launch RtownLiving on TriangleBlvd.tv, the Triangle’s #1 web tv Network.R Goal is to turn on as many people as we can to downtown Raleigh and all that makes it special. We hold weekly social and professional networking events aimed to highlight different parts of downtown Raleigh and provide a forum for locals, as well as newcomers, to meet new people, share business ideas and experience new and exciting establishments in our wonderful city.
R Professional networking group is called the Raleigh Young Professionals and it meets once a month at downtown venues only. Membership is limited in that you must be 21 years of age. The goal of the group is to provide & share information on all that living and working in Raleigh has to offer as well as provide an opportunity for members to generate leads and increase their personal businesses and contacts (host venues are invited to promote their business to the group as well). We hope to meet other working professionals that believe in the potential of downtown Raleigh. We aim to see the downtown area continue to grow and to develop while partnering with local charities. We strive to continue the influx of young professionals from other areas toward downtown. There are relevant guest speakers at each event and with roughly 160 members in this group, the word is spreading quickly.R Social networking group is called F.A.C. (Friday Afternoon Club) and it meets the last Friday of each month from 5 to 8pm. Get togethers are purely social and fun with food/drink specials and door prizes at every event. FAC is promoted through Facebook and has roughly 180 members with more joining every day.
