Joining Roxy’s Road To Recovery

THANK YOU to all of our customers, business partners, friends and family members who helped us raise $980 to support Roxy! Together, we can change so many lives in our community. 

Roxanna Messa suffered a series of severe hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes on February 25, 2017. Roxy was immediately admitted into the Neuro Intensive Care Unit where she remained in a comatose state for several weeks under the watchful eyes of the clinical team, family and friends.

Numerous neurosurgeons, physicians and nurses explained to Roxy’s family that her chances of survival were slim to none, but Roxy fought through it and woke up from her coma. Although she is no longer in a comatose state, she is considered to be “minimally conscious.” Therefore, she still has a long road to recovery that includes 24/7 nursing care, physical therapy, speech therapy, a primary care physician, etc.

Our agency is on a mission to raise funds to help alleviate Roxy’s financial burden. Joins us as we encourage Roxy while she’s on her road to recovery!
