Renters Insurance

Things to remember when you are renting:

  1. The property owner does not cover your personal belongings- so in case of fire, theft, water damage, etc you would be responsible for replacing everything you own.
  2. If you cause damage to the property, even accidentally, you can be held liable. For example, if you leave a candle burning and it somehow catches your apartment on fire as well as the ones around you, you could be responsible for all the repair costs.

We recommend the following limits and your quote will include these:

  • $25,000 in personal property coverage
  • $300,000 in liability coverage
