Helping Bridge The Gap For Teens With Disabilities

Noting that young adults with disabilities ages 13-22 did not have a safe environment to go to after school, the founder, Darlene, created The Clubhouse Special Needs in 2006. Since then, the organization has provided a facility young people can call their own.

Having a son with Down Syndrome, the founder, Darlene, understands parents who are searching for an after school program that can provide a recreational center that is safe, fun and supervised for their child. With over 3,000 junior and high school young adults near the Clubhouse, the organization continues to raise funds to expand and offer additional programs for the young adults.

Save the date on April 8th for A Musical Stroll Down Memory Lane as the  Clubhouse will host a Dinner/Silent Auction to continue raising funds for their organization.
